Excellent staff! We had a bit of a room issue, but the upgrade was seamless. the restaurant served delicious meals with stunning views. the one-bedroom apartment was clean and comfy, offering views of the pool, canal, and golf course. Love the peaceful location. the pool area and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation, and the nearby landmarks added extra family bonding opportunities, especially the Pelican Waters Golf Club just a stone's throw away.

Climate control, pay television and coffee/tea making machines in the room and the good bed. Self check-in, parking on-site. Everything very good.

The location was great and stunning and I could use free parking onsite. I stayed in fashionable, impeccably clean room with the terrace or lounge area, breakfast in AUD579, for example...

We had a pleasant stay at a clean place with stylish and modern rooms where the staff were friendly and helpful, providing amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and dishwasher.

The room was well laid out.

It was advertised as having laundry facilities in the one bedroom apartments. Our apartment did not have a washing machine, but did have a dryer. When I asked the staff, I was told that it was a privately owned apartment and the owner determines what is in the apartment. To make matters worse, the resort has no guests laundry and I was told to go to the local laundromat in Caloundra. This is false advertising.

I had very good stay, the place is absolutely great!

I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. I booked extremely pleasant brand-new room with lovely balconies. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and lunch.

The Friday night seafood buffet was incredible & great value for money. Will definitely stay again!!

High quality meals, overall everything was nice.

we were upgraded to brand-new apartment with lovely balconies. had a microwave, an electric kettle and a dishwasher at our disposal. location: the hotel was not far from the restaurants-the breakfast restaurant and the 19th hole and the river and golf course and the multiple supermarkets in caloundra.

Stayed here for 7 nights and appreciated my choice. The room was great-sized and nicely styled with all the amenities. The location was particularly good and beautiful, adjacent to the golf course and swimming pools. Close to beaches. The grill restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the sports bar. I had a fantastic 7-night stay at Pelican Waters Golf Resort. the room was spacious and tastefully decorated, equipped with everything I needed. the resort's location was excellent, with stunning surroundings next to the golf course and pools, as well as being close to beautiful beaches.

The pool area is good. the restaurant was fine.

My mother and I were told we would have two queeen beds in our room. Not so, we shared one bed for the three days and it was not that comfortable. It said that was a mini bar and there wasnt. I dont think the information given on check in was adequate. had to find out most things for ourselves - i have always felt more welcome when you are given more information up front. (I travel a great deal and stay in hotels very regularly). I thought the beach was going to be closer than it was

My wife and I were celebrating our 24th Wedding Anniversary and it was a wonderful surprise to find a bottle of champagne, strawberries marshmallows in our room.

The front desk staff were very friendly.

The restaurant was disappointing. Also a bit secluded so there was nowhere else to go unless you wanted to drive.
